Job Summary
Open and close the store independently when management is absent, exercising authority to make operational decisions for maximum profit and efficiency. Serve guests, prepare sandwiches, and manage the Point of Sale system while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor inventory, restock the sandwich unit, and ensure all areas are cleaned according to the 3-step method. Handle light paperwork, complete required c courses, and provide excellent customer service throughout the shift. Work morning and/or evening shifts, including weekends, with availability to assist in any area of the restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Some high school or equivalent
- Available to work opening and/or closing shifts, including weekends
- Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service
- Excellent leadership, teambuilding, and communication skills
- Ability to give directions to run the store smoothly in a professional manner
- Ability to quickly assess situations and think of creative solutions
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking skills, and organizational skills
- Must be able to understand written and verbal instruction
- Must be able to use Point of System (POS)
- Adaptable to a changing environment and high volume shifts due to customer demands
- Must be able to obtain a Texas Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of hire
- Must have the ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service restaurant operations is highly desired but not required
