Job Summary
Oversee daily retail operations by managing onboarding for new associates, tracking inventory, and assisting with restocking the sales floor. Open and close the store as needed while ensuring strict compliance controls to protect organizational assets. Provide exceptional customer service by recommending products, explaining cannabis effects, and addressing phone calls and online orders timely. Maintain store cleanliness through dusting, glass cleaning, and sanitization while developing rapport with customers, vendors, and staff. Ensure all transactions meet established standards and address any issues from staff or customers immediately. Perform other related work as required to support the Management team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in a retail, hospitality, or cannabis environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have no scheduling restrictions
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods
