Shift Lead

Oversee daily retail operations by guiding the team through active floor leadership, managing onboarding for new associates, and ensuring strict compliance with organizational assets and HIPAA guidelines. Open and close the store, restock sales floors with cannabis and non-cannabis products, and maintain cleanliness through dusting, glass cleaning, and sanitization. Provide exceptional customer service by recommending products, explaining effects, and addressing phone calls and online orders timely. Serve as a resource for staff and customers while maintaining a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect. Ensure all transactions and display cases meet company standards.
