Job Summary
Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed and offering product information to help them find suitable items. Address inquiries and concerns while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Support the team in training on cash handling procedures, perform daily reconciliations, and participate in register audits to verify accuracy. Collaborate with colleagues to refine transaction processes and assist with advanced register functionalities. Contribute to maintaining product quality standards, support restocking efforts, and monitor inventory levels. Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a hassle-free process. Work in a fast-paced environment seven days a week from 8:00 am to 11:45 pm. Obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division badge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge in the state of Colorado
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic
