Job Summary
Shift Lead at Spotless Brands provides operational support on a non-managerial, hands-on basis. Responsibilities include directing workflows during shifts, executing assigned tasks with adherence to procedures, escalating issues to Site Manager or Assistant Manager, greeting customers, promoting memberships and promotions, maintaining knowledge of car wash packages and processes, safely operating and training others on car wash equipment, monitoring entry/exit procedures for safety, delegating tasks, maintaining facility cleanliness, conducting quality control on interior and exterior cleaning, assisting with opening/closing procedures, serving as a keyholder, addressing customer issues, enforcing safety and operating standards, and performing other duties to support site operations. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment, with flexibility for non-traditional hours and outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Must meet all regulatory standards applicable to the role
