Job Summary
The Shift Lead at Spotless Brands is responsible for supporting site leadership by executing operational tasks during assigned shifts without managerial authority. Key duties include directing team workflows, engaging with customers, and ensuring safety and customer service standards are maintained. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, customer service knowledge, and the ability to resolve conflicts and motivate team members. Previous experience in a customer-facing or operational environment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment (retail, car wash) preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
