Job Summary
The Shift Lead role provides operational support in maintaining high standards of workflow and team productivity at Spotless Brands. This entry-level position requires individuals to assist site management with operational tasks, including customer engagement, maintenance of cleanliness, and execution of safety protocols. Candidates should have strong communication, basic technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills. A focus on customer service and the ability to motivate team members is essential for success in this role. Candidates with prior leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment (retail, car wash) preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
