Job Summary
The Shift Lead at Spotless Brands supports site leadership by executing operational tasks, ensuring adherence to procedures, and maintaining standards of customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, assisting with equipment operation, monitoring workflow, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, basic technical aptitude, and the ability to motivate team members, with an emphasis on safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Previous leadership experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role
