Job Summary
Shift Lead at Spotless Brands provides operational support to site leadership, executes assigned tasks, directs workflows during shifts, and ensures safety, customer service, and process adherence. The role acts as a key holder, assisting with opening and closing procedures under supervision, while training and guiding team members to maintain cleanliness, quality, and efficient operations in a fast-paced car wash environment. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and the ability to lead by example without formal managerial authority; prioritizes adherence to procedures, safety standards, and company policies. Physical duties include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and outdoor work; candidates should be capable of flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
