Job Summary
The Shift Lead at Spotless Brands is responsible for executing operational tasks under site leadership guidance, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and operational standards. This role involves providing direction to team members during shifts, managing equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with customer engagement. Essential skills include the ability to motivate others, problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a customer-first focus. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

- Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment (retail, car wash)
