Job Summary
The Shift Lead role is an operational support position focused on maintaining operational standards, directing workflows, and supporting team productivity, safety, and customer service. Responsibilities include executing assigned operational tasks under site leadership, providing direction to team members, engaging with customers, and ensuring safe vehicle entry and exit procedures. Candidates are expected to have knowledge of basic customer service principles, be able to motivate team members, manage priorities, and possess basic technical skills for equipment operation. The position requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment (retail, car wash) preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
