Job Summary
Shift Lead oversees store operations with planning, directing and supervising employees to control production, inventory, merchandising, losses, and profitability; assists in supervising ordering of product, supporting sales plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance; responsible for hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and directing staff; requires ability to develop and enforce policies, read financial statements, manage schedules, and train employees; must pass a pre-employment drug screen, demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, and handle cash and register operations.
Required Qualifications
