Shift Lead

Lead production staff in a rotating shift, ensuring high-quality product manufacturing meets internal and legal standards. Manage disciplinary leadership of the manufacturing team, including planning, staffing, and resource acquisition. Oversee shift handovers, maintain operational readiness of equipment, and ensure critical process parameters are met. Monitor workplace conduct, enforce compliance with GMP and HSE regulations, and coordinate with internal and external partners. Lead investigations into deviations, manage production protocols, and drive HSE-related training. Collaborate on identifying training needs and developing employee development plans.
