Job Summary
Shift Lead at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill will oversee Catering operations and contribute to Marketing efforts. Responsibilities include receiving catering orders (phone/online), prepping and delivering catering events, scheduling assistance with owner, monitoring team performance, reporting issues, ensuring health and safety compliance, coaching/training staff, opening/closing registers and handling daily cash deposits. Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, experience in Marketing & Social Media, prior catering/restaurant management experience, ability to drive sales through Marketing to current and potential clients, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in Excel, Facebook, Instagram, and Word, and a professional appearance. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid Drivers License in good standing

- Experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professional appearance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
