Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill with responsibilities across the operation: prep recipes, grilling and frying, chopping, serving customers, cleaning and washing dishes, and handling opening/closing duties. Lead other employees, manage basic cash reconciliation and daily reports, and provide excellent customer service. Cross-trained to work all parts of the operation and supported by provided training.
