Job Summary
Lead and coach restaurant team during shifts, ensure 100% table visits and guest issue resolution, manage front-of-house and heart-of-house teams, open/close duties and paperwork, run mid-shift, cash handling and safe audits, monitor food quality, safety, and alcohol service, conduct pre-shift meetings, address guest complaints, assign cleaning duties, manage labor and guest/team safety, and uphold service standards and company objectives with strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position
- Completion of Shift Leader certification
