Job Summary
Shift Lead supports the store manager to ensure efficient operations and compliance with policies, leads customer service, processes cash and card transactions with integrity, maintains merchandising and plan-o-gram integrity, rotates foodservice products, and coordinates safety and emergency responses to protect customers and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Retail Experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to periodically handle routine physical task such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods
- Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays
