Job Summary
Shift Lead at S&G supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient store operations, compliance with policies and laws, strong customer service leadership, and effective oversight of staff. Responsibilities include greeting customers, enforcing policies, maintaining clean and organized merchandising, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, implementing merchandising programs and plan-o-gram integrity, rotating foodservice products to ensure freshness, monitoring transactions for proper conduct, responding to emergencies for safety, and covering variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have retail or customer service experience and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, lift up to 10 pounds frequently, stand for long periods, and perform routine physical tasks. Knowledge of foodservice presentation, safety, and store merchandising is expected.
