Job Summary
Shift Lead at S&G supports the Store Manager to drive efficient store operations and sales. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean and organized store, accurately processing cash and card transactions, executing merchandising programs and sign placement, rotating foodservice products to ensure freshness, monitoring transactions for proper procedures, and responding to emergencies for safety. Requires retail or customer service experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for a full shift, and perform occasional physical tasks; ability to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and busy holiday periods.
