Job Summary
Shift Lead at S&G supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient store operations, compliance with laws and company policies, and sales profitability. Responsibilities include providing customer service leadership, greeting customers, enforcing policies, maintaining a clean and organized appearance, accurately processing cash and card transactions, executing merchandising and marketing programs with plan-o-gram integrity, ensuring foodservice products are fresh by rotating stock, monitoring transactions for proper procedures, and responding to emergencies to ensure customer and employee safety.
