Job Summary
Shift Lead responsible for customer service leadership, store operations, policy adherence, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized store while assisting the Store Manager to maximize sales and profits. Duties include handling cash and card transactions with integrity, enforcing company policies, rotating foodservice products, executing merchandising programs, maintaining plan-o-gram integrity, monitoring transactions for proper execution, responding to emergencies, and fostering a safe store environment. Requires retail or customer service experience and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand during shifts, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
