Job Summary
Lead store operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while managing employees to maximize sales and profits. Provide customer service leadership, handle cash and card transactions with integrity, and execute merchandising and marketing programs including planogram integrity. Maintain a clean, organized store appearance, rotate foodservice products to ensure freshness, and respond quickly to emergencies for safety and security. Monitor store activities to verify proper transaction handling. Requires retail experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for entire shifts, and work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to periodically handle routine physical task such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time
- Available to work various shifts and days of the week as required by the retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays
