Job Summary
Shift Lead at S&G retail store serves as direct support to the Store Manager, ensuring efficient operations, policy compliance, and asset controls. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service leadership, greeting customers, enforcing company policies, maintaining a clean and organized store, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, executing merchandising programs and plan-o-gram integrity, rotating foodservice products to keep them fresh, monitoring transactions for proper execution, and quickly responding to emergencies for customer and employee safety. The role requires retail or customer service experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and perform routine physical tasks; availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays.
