Shift Lead - Residential Programs

Job Summary
Oversee cottage operations on the assigned shift and provide on-shift leadership to Direct Care staff. Ensure routines, activities, and program expectations are carried out consistently within a therapeutic residential environment. Support implementation of behavioral interventions, monitor daily logs and medication administration records, and communicate incidents or operational needs to leadership. Assist with onboarding and staff development, and participate in crisis response with appropriate intervention strategies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human services, preferably in a residential or similar setting
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
