Job Summary
Supervise work activities and expectations of a team during assigned shifts on a residential or housing unit while performing client care responsibilities including targeted case management, medication distribution, and client transportation. Ensure employee compliance with company policy, procedures, and operational expectations, and promote a culture of strong performance and high morale. Coordinate with unit leadership to ensure shift coverage and provide on-call coverage as assigned. Complete tasks and projects as directed by Team Lead or Program Manager. Requires six months of supervisory or case management experience, CPR certification, and Valley de-escalation training. Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Six months Certified Case Manager experience + Case Manager certification
- 6 months supervisory experience
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Case Manager certification (can be post-hire if supervisory experience is met)
- Current Utah Driver's license
- Must be 21
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of behavioral health experience
- One year of supervisory experience
