Job Summary
Coordinate and drive legendary execution of each shift by assisting managers in maintaining high standards across front and back of house operations. Lead successful shift execution from start to finish while actively training and developing a high-performance team to build a culture of excellence. Prioritize multiple situations as a positive leader involved in all facets of day-to-day operations, providing genuine care for staff and guests. Work 30+ hours per week with flexibility, applying proven leadership and organizational skills to help franchise team members lead happy and productive lives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven record of leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple situations
- Effective communicator
- High School graduate or equivalent education
- Flexibility of work hours and the ability to work 30+ hours per week
