Job Summary
Shift Lead to manage transactions and front-of-house/ kitchen operations: balance cash registers, conduct daily inventory, provide excellent customer service, oversee returns and refunds, upsell and maintain high service standards, ensure food quality and kitchen organization, and ensure tasks are completed per company policies while upholding Wingstop inspections standards. Strong math, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills are required; management certification is a plus.
