Job Summary
Shift Lead responsibilities include balancing and assigning cash registers, daily inventory, providing great customer service, handling returns/refunds, resolving customer complaints, upselling, maintaining a clean kitchen, ensuring food quality, managing task assignment, and ensuring adherence to Wingstop standards. Candidates should be comfortable operating a cash register, basic math, multitasking, following instructions, and communicating effectively to support a fast, accurate, and high-quality guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Manager certification is a plus
