Job Summary
Shift Lead at Buffalo Wild Wings in Petaluma, CA responsible for supervising front-of-house and heart-of-house teams, ensuring 100% table visits and issue resolution during the shift, coaching Team Members, opening/closing duties, daily paperwork, cash handling, and ensuring food, beverage, and guest safety quality. Must lead with strong communication, manage labor during peak periods, monitor alcohol service, resolve guest concerns, and execute daily operations including QSC checks, bar and heart-of-house line checks, and staff pre-shift meetings. Requires Wing Certified Trainer certification, Shift Leader certification, and at least 21 years of age; prior team management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position
- Completion of Shift Leader certification
- Prior experience managing others or two years Buffalo Wild Wings experience
