Job Summary
Shift Lead at Pet Supermarket in St. Petersburg, FL. Lead the Sales Associate team and act as Manager on Duty, driving sales, service, and customer experience in-store. responsibilities include prioritizing and delegating daily goals, maintaining store standards and safety, supervising animal care and livestock, assisting with merchandise restocking and inventory, supporting onboarding and training of new hires, and collaborating with the Store Manager on community events and partnerships with rescue agencies. Required Qualifications
