Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Pet Supermarket in St. Augustine, FL. Functions as lead member of the Sales Associate team, supports the Store Manager, and serves as Manager on Duty when needed. Drives sales, customer experience, and store performance, assigns daily goals, and upholds store standards. Partners with management to plan community events and foster relationships with rescue organizations. Maintains clean, safe store environment, provides animal care and feeding for livestock, assists with restocking and inventory accuracy, supports new hire training, and participates in merchandising guidelines. Requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate others, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical tasks include heavy lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for long periods.
