Shift Lead Part Time

Shift Lead (Part Time) at Five Below responsible for training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, overseeing store associates, opening/closing store operations, cash handling, and driving sales through merchandising and customer service. Manages daily store activities, ensures safe and efficient operations, participates in onboarding and training, and supports leadership in achieving goals. Requires management experience, excellent verbal/written communication, and ability to multitask; physical tasks include stocking, lifting up to 25 lbs, ladders, and moving around the sales floor. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts; strong focus on delivering a WOW customer experience and adhering to store policies.
