Job Summary
Scoop ice cream, prepare special items like sundaes and milkshakes, and brew high-quality coffee and tea drinks while maintaining shop presentation and business flow. Lead the team as a role model, train staff on opening and closing procedures, and master fresh sugar cone and marshmallow fluff preparation. Operate at State Street Market in Los Altos or Town and Country Village in Palo Alto. Requires critical thinking, autonomy, and availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $19.70/hour plus tips, with opportunities for advancement and paid, hands-on training.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work autonomously, and as a team player and leader
- Ability to effectively communicate and work in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in attention to detail and follow-through
- Available to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week on a reliable basis
