Job Summary
Shift Lead at Buffalo Wild Wings in Palmdale, CA responsible for supporting management, leading team performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction during peak periods. Key duties include coaching team members, opening/closing the restaurant, managing shift operations (including cash handling, audits, CVDs, and daily logs), overseeing food and liquor orders and storage, maintaining safety and sanitation, addressing guest concerns, coordinating pre-shift meetings, and ensuring 100% guest visits with quality service and adherence to RAS policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Wing Certified Trainer certification in at least one hourly position
- Completion of Shift Leader certification
- Preferred: Prior experience managing others or Buffalo Wild Wings experience
