Job Summary
Shift Lead oversees hourly operations, directs customer service, maintains cleanliness and sanitation, trains employees, and supports opening/closing procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong preference for an internal promote who has completed all required learning zone training and certiications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Basic math and reading skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time
