Job Summary
Shift Lead at Spotless Brands provides operational support to ensure daily site operations run smoothly across assigned shifts. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role as defined by federal, state, and local laws
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Knowledge of car wash packages, pricing, promotions, and processes
- Ability to clearly give instructions, resolve conflicts, and engage with customers
- Ability to motivate team members and delegate responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment (retail, car wash) preferred
