Job Summary
As a Shift Lead, you will support managers in operating car wash sites and supervising crewmembers, ensuring the highest level of customer service. Your responsibilities include educating customers on wash packages and loyalty programs, guiding vehicle entry and exit in a safe manner, performing cleaning tasks, and adhering to company policies. This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to lift heavy items, and flexible availability for shifts that may include nights and weekends. Competitive pay starts at $12/hr with opportunities for advancement and benefits for full-time employees. There is on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation
- Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to pass a contingent background screening
