Job Summary
Shift Lead with responsibility for supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager during shifts, directing a team of Team Members, and driving profitability, guest service, and operational results. Focus on cash control procedures, inventory management, timely and accurate food preparation, and maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction. Requires leading by example on shift plans, coaching Team Members, and ensuring efficient service across all stations; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
