Job Summary
Lead the team during each shift by coaching, training, and developing staff while ensuring operational excellence. Assign and monitor opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Monitor labor and food costs, manage inventory, and assist with cash handling as business needs require. Resolve guest concerns professionally and conduct daily huddles to communicate goals clearly. Support all restaurant positions and maintain a positive, respectful work environment. Requires ServSafe Manager Certification, minimum one year of restaurant experience, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or food service experience
- Ability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be 21 years+
- Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- Lift and carry up to 40–50 pounds
- Bend, reach, stoop, and work in varying temperatures
- Work safely around common food allergens
- Excellent communications, supervisory, and guest service skills
- Computer literacy; comfortable with Microsoft Office Software
- Must have a valid drivers license and insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership or trainer experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
