Job Summary
Lead shifts by supporting team operations, motivating staff, and ensuring the customer journey happens brilliantly across all channels. Manage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment, solve problems in the moment, and maintain a fun, inclusive atmosphere where team members can thrive. Deliver perfect PERi-PERi moments consistently while driving engagement and growth for the Nandocas. This role offers a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years, free food, and clear pathways into management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-obsessed approach and a love for delivering perfect PERi‐PERi moments every time
- Confidence in leading people and problem-solving in the moment
- A commitment to making sure the Nando's customer journey happens brilliantly on every shift, across all channels
