Shift Lead MS

Shift Lead MS is an hourly management-level role that provides supervision of operations, drives customer service, maintains cleanliness and safety standards, and supports training and coaching of team members. The role may open or close the restaurant when needed, operate cash registers, handle payments, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to food safety policies while delivering consistent guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Requires 18+ years old, legal right to work in the United States, and at least 6 months of supervisory experience; flexible hours and strong communication and math skills are expected.
