Job Summary
Shift Lead MS in a restaurant setting responsible for supervising operations, training employees, driving customer service, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and ensuring shifts run to standard. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and packaging food, operating cash registers, maintaining sanitation, assisting with opening/closing tasks, managing shifts, coaching team members, addressing safety concerns, and conducting daily audits of food safety and prep.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service related business
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Comes to work with good hygiene
- Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time
