Job Summary
Manage the shift by guaranteeing service quality, customer satisfaction, and proper restaurant functionality while setting an example for the entire staff. Ensure menu items are prepared per standard operating procedures, catch and fix mistakes promptly, and minimize kitchen noise to enhance guest experience and staff communication. Support training for new cashiers, delivery drivers, and pizza makers under General Manager supervision, and handle delivery and dispatch when assigned. Control costs through portion control, waste reduction, and scale usage, while maintaining food sanitation guidelines and temperature control across all stations. Place produce and food orders when management is unavailable, review monthly inventory, and report any shift issues to higher management.
Required Qualifications
- Must excel at customer service
- Have full understanding of the menu
- Ensure preparation of menu items per standard operating procedures
- Support the training of new cashiers, delivery drivers, and pizza makers
- Manage delivery and dispatch on their shift
- Excels at Pizza Making
- Catch and fix mistakes promptly
- Place Produce Order when Assistant Manager or General Manager are not on duty
- Place regular Food Order when Assistant Manager or General Manager are not on duty
- Support the management team with the monthly Inventory due the 5th of every month
- Work with staff to maintain superb customer service
- Minimize mistakes on orders
- Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation
- Ensure the use of scales during designates times
- Minimize waste
- Ensure high quality of preparation
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Follow food sanitation guidelines
- Manage temperature control on all stations during shift
- Report any issues or concerns that may arise from your shift to higher management
- Complete projects as assigned by owner or Manager
- Basic Computer Skills
- E-mail is checked throughout the shift
- WhatsApp is checked and responses are given throughout the shift
- Google Applications are used as specified
- Word Processing
- Successfully utilizes all third-party vendor platforms
- Work collaboratively with the management team
- Contribute to a culture of excellence
- Support the successful brand implementation of company standards including food quality, sanitation, customer service and community engagement
- Ensure the success and profitability of the restaurant through dynamic leadership
- Have a strong understanding of the brand standards

- Prior experiences at brands like LaRosa's, Lou Malnati, Round Table Pizza, Idaho Pizza Company, Pizza Hut, Pizza Delight
- Roles like a cashier, customer service associate, delivery driver, and manager
