Job Summary
Shift Lead at ModWash in Mocksville, NC responsible for daily operations with opening and closing site responsibilities. Drive membership sales by educating guests on unlimited wash memberships and guiding them to the best package. Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by engaging customers pre/post wash, supervising the team to meet sales goals, maintaining on-site equipment, enforcing safety and company policies, and keeping facilities clean and presentable. Lead and encourage teammates in a fast-paced environment, participate in training, and support career advancement opportunities. Requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while staying mobile among pay stations, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot.
