Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, wave, and friendly attitude while actively selling ModWash packages and membership benefits. Safely guide guests through wash options, engage pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals. Execute opening and closing site responsibilities, maintain on-site equipment, and oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety. Ensure facilities remain clean, comply with legal requirements, and troubleshoot equipment as needed. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Earn base pay plus commission for top membership sales, with opportunities for career advancement and paid training.

- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
- Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all ModTeam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot
