Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, actively sell unlimited wash membership packages, and guide guests through wash options while ensuring 100% satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals, execute opening and closing site responsibilities, and maintain on-site equipment standards. Oversee employee productivity, breaks, and safety while ensuring facilities remain clean and compliant with all legal requirements. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Base pay includes commission for top three membership plans sold, with benefits like paid training, free employee car washes, and a 401K match. Required Qualifications
- A passion for serving others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
- Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all ModTeam members and customers at pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot
