Job Summary
Shift Lead at Mission Yogurt located inside John Wayne Airport; oversees daily operations, ensures high-quality service and guest experience, supervises team members, upholds company standards, maintains efficient workflow, and provides coaching and training. Requires open availability with weekends, leads line coverage as needed, maintains logs and safety/cleaning protocols, assists with labor and scheduling to meet cost objectives, and responds to guest feedback while upholding restaurant policies and procedures. Must be able to pass TSA background check and work nights/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of back-of-house and front-of-house restaurant Lead experience.
