Job Summary
Shift Lead at Mission Yogurt's Longs Peak Market and Goods (Denver Airport) responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest experience, supervising team members, upholding company standards, and maintaining smooth workflow during shifts. Requires open availability with weekends a must, coaching and development of staff, setting and monitoring quality/service standards, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cash/stock procedures. Required Qualifications
