Shift Lead - MFG 3pm-11pm

Oversee manufacturing operations shifts in Press, Bindery, Prepress, or Maintenance areas to maximize productivity while minimizing costs. Provide instruction and guidance to employees, audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Manage operations, maintenance, and purchase and stocking of supplies and raw materials. Maintain and update daily production records, producing reports as necessary. This hourly role supports the Manufacturing job family within Administration.
