Job Summary
Manage the store by providing managerial assistance to the General Manager, implementing operating standards, and maintaining positive crew morale. Prepare pizzas, package food products, and handle rotating commissary deliveries three times weekly while ensuring facility and equipment cleanliness. Conduct nightly inventory counts, analyze labor and sales data, and oversee efficient employee supervision. Interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members while managing cash, deposits, and required paperwork. Work outdoors in various temperatures and perform physically demanding tasks including standing for prolonged periods and repetitive hand movements.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
- Have strong communication and problem solving skills
- Be customer service oriented
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Be willing to learn and be comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed and work the above listed duties with reasonable accommodation if needed
